I am Sankar. Wife and myself has enrolled for couple’s 12 weeks program with Varnit in the end of April. I use to see the transformation journey of others in the social media and wanted to try though was bit skeptical at the start. Had a good conversation with Varnit at the start and conveyed our goals. He understood our requirements and provided a customized vegetarian diet and workout plan.
There was not much change in the menu but with limited quantities and increase of protein. We have had not much protein consciously before but he told about the importance of why we should have it. We used to connect every week on call and updated him daily about the progress. Even on the days we missed to update he would check on the challenges we faced. We had asked him lot of questions and sometimes studied but he was patient enough to answer all of them. We understand our body better and got to know we have been having more that what we need.
